The Fermentation Hub build
The slab has been poured at the Fermentation Hub at Legana. With the construction of this centre of excellence in fermentation underway our attention is now turning towards what to put in it. Our "equipment team" is reaching out to anyone who is interested in becoming part of the fermentation ecosystem.
