FermenTas is collaborating with distinguished chef Matt Adams to host a dinner celebrating fire and fermentation on 6 August 2022.  Earlier in the day in conjunction with Beaker Street and Harvest Launceston Community Farmers' Market you can learn how to make your own sauerkraut or take a tour of Ferment Stations at the market.
