Artisa is based in Launceston, Tasmania specialising in the manufacture of plant-based cheese. Artisa cheeses are made from sustainably grown cashew nuts. They are traditionally cultured then aged, producing cheeses that are authentic in taste, texture and appearance. Our clean plant-based ingredient list means that our products are good for consumers, the animals and our planet. Handmade in Launceston, the Tasmanian provenance of each of our cheeses captures some of the outstanding quality and flavour in food that only Tasmania can provide.
