Sandy's makes award winning naturally leavened sourdough breads and pastries. All loaves are hand shaped by a group of passionate artisan bakers, using 100% natural sourdough starter, free from commercial yeast. Sandy's Sourdough pastries are also hand crafted using locally sourced ingredients including free range eggs and locally milled flours.
You can find Sandy's products at local markets, delis and foodstores or on the menu at restaurants and cafes across northern Tasmania.
The retail shop at the bakery in Invermay is open 8am to 4pm weekdays where you can buy fresh, directly from the bakers.
